1、牛肉切片（切牛肉的方法见后），加入适量的盐、料酒、生抽、淀粉搅拌均匀，腌半小时左右；<br/>　　2、芦笋洗净去掉老根，放入装清水的锅里烧开，加盐煮两分钟左右捞起，然后放入盘中备用（如果混合两片柠檬味道会更清香）；
